I got this recipe from my dear friend and CrossFit trainer, Michele Mootz. It was past down to her by a friend that had it passed down to her by another friend, and so on (you get the idea)….. Therefore, I do NOT know who is responsible for this amazing Paleo recipe creation to give them the appropriate credit! I am truly sorry for that. I would also like to add that these delicious cookies were made FOR me by my 16 year old daughter who loves to bake Paleo. Am I lucky or what?
